Deep purple color, on the nose the wine is expressive of black fruits, mint, spices as well as notes of cocoa. On the palate the wine is ample with enveloped tannins. We find the notes of the nose with a slight saline character.

The palate is ample, slightly tannic, elegant with fat that accompanies a delicate tangy touch. The aromatic reveals discreet notes of rose that add to the aromas perceived on the nose.

Vinification: Morning harvest to optimize acidity, pneumatic pressing. First alcoholic fermentation followed by a second fermentation in closed vats for the formation of foam.
Tasting: Pale gold color, this wine presents aromas of yellow fruits and delicate floral rose. The mouth is both round, crisp with a fair freshness that accompanies fine bubbles.
