Grape varieties: 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre
Soil: Sandy - stony.
Exposure: South-west exposure
Yield: 35Hl/hectare.
Vinification: Total destemming, long vatting of 25 to 30 days. Regular trapping and pumping over.
Aging: Blend from 40% in oak vats, 35% in 600-litre demi-muids, 15% in 225-litre oak barrels, 10% in 160-litre hand-turned terracotta jars.
Tasting: Deep purple ruby ​​color, on the nose the wine evokes red and black fruits. On the palate the wine is ample, fleshy, mineral. We find the aromas perceived on the nose with a toasted note.
