A true wine estate, the Domaine de Marie is the ideal setting for hosting guests. Do you have a seminar to organize, for example? You will discover the Vermentino room, named after the Italian grape variety, a place of peace that can adapt to its guests. A brunch to share with clients? The chef at the Bastide de Marie provides advice to help you develop the menu. From a work meeting to a wedding dinner, the range of events to organize at the Domaine de Marie is in reality endless since it is tailor-made, like here with the "gypsy chic..." inspiration!



A place between tradition and modernity

Of course, holding an event in a wine estate also has the advantage of discovering its secrets and in particular its cellar! What makes the Domaine de Marie cellar special? Combining ancestral techniques with the latest technological innovations. To preserve the quality of the grapes, for example, the bunches are received by gravity. The vinification of white wines is done in ovoid vats (or "egg" vats) made of concrete: the result is a white wine that will not be "woody", in which the taste of the fruit will be respected. Visually, these concrete vats are a departure from what you would expect to find in a wine estate! This "industrial" design gives all its strength to the cellar: Corten steel, black, metal worked in ironwork... which can be found even in the bay windows of the Vermentino room which offer, once wide open, a breathtaking view of the estate's vines.
